ΕΛΛΑΔΑ - ΡΩΣΙΑ | Μήνυμα Πούτιν για τα 200 χρόνια από την Ελληνική Επανάσταση - (26.3.2021)[Eng subs]

Μπορεί ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος, Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν, να μην παραβρέθηκε στην Αθήνα για τους εορτασμούς των 200 χρόνων από την Ελληνική επανάσταση, αλλά όμως απέστειλε το δικό του μήνυμα φιλίας και εκτίμησης προς την Ελλάδα και τους Έλληνες, το οποίο και αναρτήθηκε και στη σελίδα της Ρωσικής προεδρίας και αναφέρει τα εξής:

Ο Πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας έστειλε χαιρετισμούς στην Πρόεδρο της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας Κατερίνα Σακελλαροπούλου και στον Πρωθυπουργό Κυριάκο Μητσοτάκη με αφορμή την εθνική εορτή, της Ημέρας της Ανεξαρτησίας.

Στα μηνύματά του, ο Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν τόνισε ότι η Ρωσία εκτιμά ιδιαίτερα τις σχέσεις της με την Ελλάδα που βασίζονται σε μακροχρόνιες παραδόσεις φιλίας, πολιτιστικής και πνευματικής εγγύτητας.

Ο Ρώσος ηγέτης εξέφρασε επίσης την πεποίθηση ότι το προγραμματισμένο Έτος Ιστορίας Ρωσίας-Ελλάδας - 2021, του οποίου το ξεκίνημα χρονολογικά θα συμπέσει με την 200ή επέτειο της έναρξης του ελληνικού εθνικού απελευθερωτικού αγώνα, θα βοηθήσει στην ενίσχυση των αμοιβαία επωφελών δεσμών μεταξύ των δύο χωρών.

Russian President Vladimir Putin may not have been in Athens to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution, but he sent his own message of friendship and appreciation to Greece and the Greeks, which was also posted on the page of the Russian presidency and states the following:

The President of Russia sent greetings to President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on the occasion of the national holiday, Independence Day.

In his messages, Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia highly values its relations with Greece that are based on long-standing traditions of friendship, cultural and spiritual closeness.

The Russian leader also expressed confidence that the planned Russia-Greece Year of History, the launch of which is timed to coincide with the 200th anniversary of the start of the Greek national liberation struggle, will help cement the mutually beneficial ties between the two countries.
