Pinayuhan umano ng kanyang mga abogado si suspended Mayor Alice Guo na humarap sa susunod na pagdinig ng Senado kasunod ng inilabas na arrest order laban sa kanya.

Hinimok naman ng mga senador si Mayor Guo na kusa na lang sumuko matapos na mabigo ang Senate arresting team na tuntunin ang lokasyon ng alkalde.
