George Obradorster coming to you from southwest Florida, your friendly lab coat agents Moderator, I'm super excited to make this Monday motivational video for you because I think some of you may need it, not all of you. Some of you may need it because my part of LCA in having the opportunity, which one on the best, biggest and blessings for 2019 for me and my family, being a moderator with LCA, I've had a chance to help me grow my business and when I say that it's not free. Stuff that I get from vendors, I don't get anything. I don't get paid to sponsor anything. I don't get paid by lab coat agents. I am completely 100% volunteer, which is kind of crazy, but I'm here to help every single agent some way shape or form to help you grow your business or grow your brand because our industry is broken and it needs help and I am very passionate about this industry and growing other people's business as much as growing my own business.

That's why Tristan and Nick asked me to be a part of lab coat agents at a higher level, which I'm super grateful and thankful for, but never mind that. I want to tell you what happens on a daily basis as moderators and admins and the founders themselves, they get a chance to see the good, the bad and the ugly, behind the scenes we get a chance to see, and we sometimes have to delete posts. Sometimes we have to stop comments, but we see people get angry and upset about Amazon entering the space and Zillow and Trulia, realtor.com and all these dot coms that are trying to put people out of business and the only person that's going to put you out of business is yourself, your mindset, you being a negative Nancy, you know, antics that happen and unfortunately every time somebody who's negative on lab coat agents, it progresses and it creates a chain reaction, a domino effect that we don't want in our group.

We don't want other agents to be a part of it because at the end of the day, all of these companies that you think are trying to put you out of business, they're at blessings in disguise because at the end of the day, you can take all their flaws, reverse engineer it and use them as a objection handlers to help you with buyers or sellers. No matter what shape or form, people are saying, oh my God, Amazon's giving away free stuff. Find out what Amazon is doing behind the scenes network with people and then bring that in. Same thing with iBbuyer programs with all the hidden fees and everything else you need to educate and help this industry and by crying and whining and bitching and moaning and everything else that you do, you need to stop it. We can grow together. There's over 98,000 agents and growing and we're soon going to be hitting 100,000 agents and I'm Uber excited about that opportunity because at the end of the day, if we collectively work together, we're Unstoppable.

If we segregate and we are individualized, we lose. So it's up to you, the lab coat agent agent behind the scenes. Are you going to take your step forward on this beautiful Monday or are you going to put your head down, crawl in your bed and cry yourself to sleep for another night, another week, another month, thinking that all these big bad billion dollar companies are out there to get you. Because if that's what's going to happen, you're putting yourself out of business, they're not doing it. They win and you lose man up. Get your big boy pants on and get your big girl skirts on and take that step and leap of faith every single day. Thank you so much for watching this video. I hope everybody crushes it.
