Showcasing our latest semi automated leak test machine for industrial radiators / heat exchangers. the cell can handle around 80 variants of parts.
machine flow is as follows;
- radiator core is barcode scanned
- radiator core is loaded by lift assist
- operator moves out of light guarded area
- operator presses go
- part is clamped in position
- part is pressurised
- part is lowered into water tank
- operator checks for leaks
- if Pass, part is raised and pushed onto transporter
transported indexed and swivels by 90 degrees before pushing part into drying facility
