On this trip, I'm flying back to Dallas on the "Texas Express," the American Super 80! If y'all don't know, the American Super 80 is my favorite aircraft of all time. I've flown these birds countless times in the past and continue to fly them now. So when I saw this bird scheduled to come in, I went ahead and booked it. Just in this past year, I've flown on both of the sister ships to 4YB, (4YA and 4YC). They are all ex-TWA birds and are some of the last 20 MD80's rolled off of Long Beach. This flight was incredible as always and I highly encourage everyone to at least go on one before they are retired by the end of this year from American's fleet.
