Parksville BeachFest Sand Sculpting Exhibit 2024 (Live Walking Tour)

Each summer master sand sculptors from all over the world participate in Parksville’s annual BeachFest Sand Sculpting Competition on Vancouver Island, Canada. This live walking tour will show this year's completed Beachfest sculptures to you and answer questions about the creative and building process the sand sculptors use in making them ... it is sure to be exciting and should be on your things to do on Vancouver Island list!

This event traces its history back to 1982, when 100 people attended and it was celebrated as a "great success". Today it has evolved into a world class Master Sculptor competition that attracts over 100,000 people annually. We will walk thought the sculptures and find out the story behind many of them, so get ready for some beautiful moments!
