I used to think freedom meant always feeling good, safe, and in control. I was wrong.

In this video, I share one of the most profound realizations I've had on my spiritual journey: true freedom isn't found in any particular experience, feeling, or state. It's found in YOU - the awareness that observes all of it.

I dive deep into why affirmations often fail (hint: your body knows when you're lying to yourself), how we collapse into our stories and identities, and what it actually means to be "untouched" by experience. Spoiler: it's not about avoiding discomfort - it's about feeling everything fully without letting it define you.
