Everyone idolizes a healthy mind with a healthy body although we fell sick at times and the people around us normalize being physically unwell but when it comes to mental health no one even wants to talk. There was a phase in my life where I needed someone to be with me, to counsel me, but I was so scared at first place so I isolated myself for about two years. I joined Yoga institute for better understanding of life and everything changed for good. We just need to be free and not to be caged in our own world and thoughts sometimes we fail and need someone better like psychiatrist and psychologist. It is as simple no rocket science. we all need to normalize mental health.
