Driver admits to fatal shooting at Jordanelle Reservoir, arrested on obstruction count

The Wasatch County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man they say pulled the trigger in a deadly shooting at Jordanelle Reservoir in September.

Greg Kyle DeBoer, 62, was arrested Monday, according to court documents, and reportedly admitted to fatally shooting Patrick Hayes during a road rage incident, telling investigators he acted in self-defense.

A probable cause statement in his arrest created additional questions into his detainment and arrest, though.
