American shocks Indian chef with fluent Hindi and Urdu 🇮🇳🇵🇰

🇮🇳🇵🇰 Namaste, assalamu alaikum, and jai shri ram dosto! Despite learning Urdu for roughly a year and half, I haven't had much chance to use it apart from a teeny tiny bit with my friend @heerahanoi6818 in Vietnam, and also with my tutor Usama, whom I have frequent conversations with to learn vocabulary. I have been super interested in going to Pakistan and India for the past 2 years, and I'll finally be going to Pakistan in January!
So how this video happened... @dailymax24 and I love Indian and Pakistan food. I get frequent cravings and have to eat it at least 3-4 times a month, minimum. So here in Cusco, we hopped on Google Maps and looked for Indian food. I didn't originally plan to film this video, just wanted to eat some good food. But right as I got to the restaurant, this man's personality made me smile. He saw us, jumped right out of his seat, and started talking to us a ton. I knew then that I had to start a video and practice some Urdu :) I was pretty nervous as this is my first time speaking Hindi/Urdu in the real world, with a complete stranger, for a video nonetheless. As such I made a few grammar mistakes, ones I shouldn't be making for my level of Urdu, but alas it doesn't matter. This is a taste of what is to come in Pakistan in January. Hope you enjoy.
