Today, I am vulnerably sharing what has recently surfaced for me in my own personal life as I create and deliver my first online course... Ironically the course is on all things Self Confidence: releasing perfectionism, imposter syndrome, & tapping into self love, self compassion, and more... all of the amazing tools I have learned and that I coach on with my own clients...
However, what is surfacing is my inner critic and the perfectionist!... 😱
So I get to take my own advice! haha!

I can't help but laugh as I go through and edit my videos in this course and hear myself teach these lessons on releasing, on muting the inner critic, the perfectionist - as I myself find myself in the trenches with these old voices who had been dormant for so long.
Nothing like a big project to test you, right???

In this short video I share my current personal journey, and also a little about my upcoming Confidence Course, as well as my women's Bloom and Shine membership.
