The Nevada Air National Guard becomes the first guard unit in the nation to upgrade their entire C-130 fleet with the NP-2000 propeller, Nevada Air National Guard Base, Nev. SMSgt William Hartzler and SSgt David Vong, with the 152nd Maintenance Squadron, explain the significance of the upgraded propellers.
