Found this, been testing and tweaking, really enjoying the subtle additions, when dialed in right, it's a must have.

I had the recorder set to both desktop and headphones so the audio is echoed as heared with pilot over g and landings, I apologize, this gets the point across of what this programs does.
I highly reccomend it.
