Avocado Cottage Cheese Toast Trend

Toast your favorite bread
two dallops of slightly mashed avocado
two dallops of cottage cheese (I used 1% low fat)
everything bagel seasoning to taste
grape tomatoes halved
honey and hot sauce optional. Drizzle of both or just one

Assemble as shown in video. I like the avocado spread first and then the cottage cheese because it looks pretty with the green edge around the white top of the cottage cheese.

Sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning on both the avocado and the cottage cheese. Top with the tomato halves and use the options mentioned above if you like heat and sweet in your dishes.
