Royal Gorge Rafting - Arkansas River, Colorado

One of the highlights of rafting this river is traveling under the Royal Gorge Bridge, which stands at 955 feet above the river and from 1929 to 2003 held the record for being the worlds highest bridge. It is quite the view to peer up at it as you pass underneath, and soon realize the river you are rafting on cut each and every inch into the rock to where it stands today.
