Today we’re going to be taking a look at the original Jamaican rum used in the 1934 zombie, Lowndes London Dock Jamaican rum. We’ll look at a blend that replicates its flavor, give it a taste, and then use it in a zombie!

.75oz (22.5ml) Lime Juice
6 drops Pernod
