Stellaris Plantoids Update & NEW Enclave Leaders

Stellaris Plantoids is getting an update with the Stellaris patch 3.9 release.

We are getting a new trait and a new origin! As well as new artwork and updates to the Environmentalist civic.

WE are also going to look at the new Enclave leaders, which come with unique triaits and their own unique Council position!
