Rishikesh is known for many hidden places and Gartang Gali is another gem of Rishikesh. It's not exactly in Rishikesh, need to drive for around 40 km from Rishikesh to Mahadev Chatti which is the last motorable point for this place.

It's actual name is Kotli Bhel not Gartang Gali. Actually it looks like Gartang Gali of Harshil valley.It is the oldest char dham route . Also there is waterfall to explore.
