This is me (Andy again) making a Negroni Sbagliato cocktail.

So the story goes that Mirko Stocchetti created this drink by mistake (sbagliato in Italian actually means 'mistake') by grabbing a bottle of Prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni at Bar Basso in Milan.

In this instance I used the Prosecco on purpose!!!
