The trend is today to develop web applications using client side frameworks like Angular, ReactJS or Vue. There are also a lot of mobile applications done with Android or iOS that depend on a backend. In most of the cases we use Spring Framework for the development and in ALL of the cases we assure a good security of the application. When this is done with Spring we for sure use Spring security.

In this video I present the first part you need to know about Spring Security usage with Authorization server generally used with applications that allow an external party to connect. So, when developing a frontend with Angular or another similar framework expect to need to do something like this in you backend.

Also be aware that this is a complex part of using Spring security and we will have more video out there that describe further a lot of aspects. Here is the first hour you need to get you started with this.
