Убитый Casio G-Shock GW-9400 Rangeman

I survived but my G-Shock did`t..)
Hey, wat's up guys?! Today I want to tell you a story. As you know yesterday in New York was the first snow, so stairs and steps were wet and that how I got in to an accident. I fell down from the stairs and hit my hand. Not strongly, you know, a few little signs and overall it's looks fine, but that was enough for.. Pay Your Attention.. for the most protected G-Shock GW9400 Rangeman. Take a look it`s broken down in two places. No scratches because it was under the hoodies sleeve, rubber protection looks like new, but plastic case is damaged. So now I can were it in two pockets - not to bad for the most protected G-Shock!!!
When I came back home yesterday, I went to the Casio web site, choose North America, clicked to customer support, filled up two forms. First one with describing a problem and another one with address also I printed an invoice to confirm I bought it two months ago.
Now I'm going to send it to the customer service, it's somewhere in New Jersey, and wait for the answer. Actually I don't want to pay for the repair of the most protected G-Shock, I paid for this protection once, when I bought it! Anyway will see..

Continuation: ..I sent my Rangeman to the service and three days later got e-mail with an invoice.. you better seat down.. with total amount $107 for repair and shipment! I`m not kidding you! So I called them and asked to explain me why should I pay for the repair of the most protected G-Shock! I already paid for this protection when I bought it and it doesn`t work! And do you know what was the answer?! "The watch runs - protection works!" No jokes!)
So I made cancel and asked to send it back. And here is the second disappointment - they charged me $9,74 for shipping when I spent $4 for the first class shipping with tracking number! That`s how it works and that`s how they make money!
