In this video, I share my disappointing experience with Air India after their merger and a recent flight on their brand-new A320 Neo aircraft. As a loyal passenger, I’ve always trusted Air India, but this time, I felt completely betrayed. From delayed flights to terrible food and uncomfortable seats, the entire journey was a letdown.

Air India's new A320 Neo introduces a redesigned layout that separates Business, Premium Economy, and Economy classes for the first time, but unfortunately, the changes didn't live up to the expectations. I specifically tried their Premium Economy class, hoping for an upgrade in comfort, only to be let down by subpar seats and a lackluster overall experience while travelling from New Delhi To Mumbai.
