This legs and glutes cardio workout targets your entire lower body while getting your heart rate up and leaving you with that “good burn” feeling in all the right places.

You train legs, glutes, calves and even hip flexors in one complete session: areas that many lower body workouts forget to include.

The goal of this workout is simple: strong, toned legs and glutes, better endurance, and a sweaty, satisfying cardio session you can do at home.

We move through a series of lower body strength and cardio exercises, with:
Controlled tempo so you really feel the muscles working
Cardio bursts to raise your heart rate and increase calorie burn
Focus on glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and hip flexors for a truly complete leg day

This workout is for you if you:
Want to shape and tighten legs and glutes
Prefer guided, follow-along training instead of counting reps alone
Like workouts that mix strength and cardio in one
Train at home and want to make every minute count

You can do this session with just a mat and your own bodyweight. If you have dumbbells or bands, you can add them for extra resistance. Adjust the pace to your fitness level, take breaks when you need to, and focus on clean, controlled form over speed.

Use this workout 2–3 times per week as your main lower body day, or combine it with my other videos for a balanced weekly routine.
