🛒 Ingredients (Chili Beef Version)

For the Crispy Potato Base
1kg potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
50 ml melted butter
30 g grated Parmesan (optional)

For the Spicy Chilli Beef Filling
500g beef mince
1 onion, diced
1 pepper diced
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp chilli powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1tsp cumin
1/2tsp cinnamon
1tbsp soy sauce
100ml red wine
200 ml hot water or beef stock
Salt and pepper

For Topping
Cheddar & mozzarella, grated

Bake until the potatoes are crispy, the filling is bubbling, and the cheese is golden. Slice, serve, and enjoy the ultimate spicy comfort meal.
