Vegan Lobster Egg Rolls Using Lobster Mushrooms | Vegan Lobster Recipe | Chef Joya

Welcome back y’all! Today I’m sharing a recipe I whipped up ON THE SPOT while we were filming. I ordered some Lobster Mushrooms from Fresh and Wild (https://www.freshwild.com/), a gourmet culinary online store, and wanted to make something different that still pulls all the classic lobster flavors in. My friend Stone stopped by just in time to try it out, and I hope y’all will try it at home and let me know what you think!


Ingredients:

Lobster Mushrooms
Vegan butter
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Moe’s Cajun Spice
Garlic bouillon (or mashed garlic)
Vegan Worcestershire
Hot sauce
Lemon juice
Chardonnay

1 Roma tomato
Green onion
Dry Ranch seasoning (make sure it’s milk-free)
Vegan Parmesan cheese
Vegan cream cheese (entire 7 oz. package)

Flour + water to use as “glue” for the egg roll wrappers
Egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
