When I was child almost every night my father would play games from the Myst series on our old PC, and I would watch with glee. Back in the 90s it was awe-inspiring to explore Ages and interact with the virtual world beyond the screen. As Myst IV Revelation, Myst Uru, and Myst V End of Ages were released I played them on my own, eventually revisiting Myst, Riven, and Myst III Exile.

The final journey of 'The Stranger' lies with Myst V End of Ages. The Gathered have freed many of the Bahro (creatures called The Least) and now they teem in the caverns of D'ni. Our old friend Atrus and his daughter Yeesha's efforts to rebuild the once-great civilization of their ancestors have failed in part due to the presence of one object; a mysterious tablet linked to the Bahro that can only be obtained by directing the creatures through four Ages. Many have tried, including Yeesha and your D'ni guide, Esher, but have all been unable to unlock the tablet's secret. As The Stranger embarks on their own adventure one prevailing question remains- who should wield the tablet once it is freed from the place it has resided for thousands of years?
