Thyroid Imbalances & Chronic Muscle Pain: How Are These Connected?

When you have low thyroid function, you often have more muscle pain. The reason for this is because there are certain key minerals that allow the thyroid gland to perform its function. Some of these minerals are the same key minerals that allow muscles to perform their function. If you are deficient in these key minerals, your thyroid gland could be tipping things out of balance. You could be mineral deficient for a number of reasons including diet, lifestyle strategies, or even if your gut is not functioning properly causing you to not absorb these minerals as it should.
