We are delighted to host Prof. Dr. Zeeshan Khatri, an Intellectual and Proficient Professor and Chairman of the Department of Textile Engineering at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro. Dr. Khatri holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from Mehran University, and he earned his doctorate from Shinshu University Japan.
Dr. Khatri provides a comprehensive overview of textile engineering, emphasizing its interdisciplinary nature and key areas such as fiber science, yarn manufacturing, fabric formation, printing, finishing, and textile chemistry. He highlights the importance of textile engineering in the production of various materials, including cotton, synthetic fibers, wool, and silk.
