To begin, open the Facebook app on your mobile device or log in via the desktop browser at [https://www.facebook.com](https://www.facebook.com). From the main menu, tap or click the Marketplace icon, typically located at the top or bottom of your screen depending on your device. Once inside Marketplace, access your past interactions by tapping on the profile icon or selecting the 'Inbox' option.

In your Marketplace Inbox, locate the conversation you had with the seller. This will typically be listed under the item's title that you inquired about. Open that specific message thread, and at the top, you may see options such as 'View Similar Item' or 'More Options.' Tap on 'More Options' to reveal additional actions.
