INGREDIENTS:
*Paneer (पनीर)- 200 Gram/1 Cup
*Milk Powder (fitech 35)-1/2 Cup
' Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) 3 Tbsp
Ghee()-1/2 Tbsp
Pistachios (पिस्ता)
saffron (केसर)
cardamom ( इलाइची)
Dried Rose Petals (सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ)
गणेश चतुर्थी के खास मौके पर घर में बनाएं शाही रसमलाई मोदक
रसमलाई मोदक बनाने के चाहिए यह सामग्री
पनीर- 200 ग्राम/1 कप (मसला हुआ)
मिल्क पाउडर-1/2 कप
काजू पाउडर - 1/4कप (ऑप्शनल)
चीनी पाउडर 3 छोटी चम्मच
घी-1/2 छोटी चम्मच
पिस्ता
केसर
इलाइची
सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ
रसमलाई मोदक बनाने का तरीका
रसमलाई मोदक बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले एक पैन लें और उसे गर्म कर लें. छोटी चम्मच घी डाले
अब इसमें पनीर मिल्क पाउडर काजू पाउडरऔर चीनी डाल अच्छे से सबको मिलाएं. फिर इसमें केसर मिला दें.
अब इसे तब तक पकाएं जब तक की यह गाढ़ा न हो जाएं.
इसके बाद इसमें हरी इलायची पाउडर पिस्ता गुलाब की पनखुड़िया डालें और फिर थोड़ी देर चलाएं.
अब गैस बंद कर इसे ठंडा होने दें.
अब इसे मोदक के सांचे में डालकर मोदक का आकार दें।
आपका टेस्टी रसमलाई मोदक तैयार है. फ्रीज़ में लगभग 1 घण्टा ठंडा करें
अब इसे बप्पा को भोग लगाएं
Take some Fresh & Dried Paneer and cut it into pieces. In a mixer jar, put some chopped Paneer and grind it. Take it out on a plate, put some Milk Powder and some Powdered Sugar. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee and transfer all the mixture in it. Stir it continuously and roast it well on a slow flame for 5-6 mins. Take a plate, grease some ghee on it and put the roasted mixture on it. Then sprinkle some finely chopped Pistachio, Saffron and Dried Rose Petals and mix it well. Then keep it in the fridge for cooling down. Then make Modak with Modak Mould. In this way, Rasmalai Modak will get ready easily at home.
