Half of them will be grilled with green pepper, while the rest will be minced finely to make grilled snail rolls with betel leaf.

Snails are grilled on a charcoal stove, producing a delightful sizzling sound and releasing aromatic steam. This dish is served with vermicelli, raw vegetables, and a bowl of chili garlic fish sauce.
