( https://www.govdotin.com/2022/04/citi... )After registration enter username and password and login.For Civil Marriage Registration click on Civil Marriage-New Registration link below.Then enter district, office type, office name, applicant type and save and click on next button.Then enter the identity documents and its details, mobile number and address of the applicant in applicant details and proceed to next,Then select Date of marriage under common marriage registration and click on Proceed button.In common details, enter category, date of marriage, place of marriage, taluk, village, ward, custom followed for marriage solemnization and upload passport size photo of husband and wife. Enter husband's full name, DOB, occupation, previous marital status, permanent & present address in husband details and save.Enter father or guardian name, name of mother, age address in Husband Details (continued).Enter husband's full name, DOB, occupation, previous marital status, permanent & present address in wife details and save.In Wife Details ( continued ) enter father or guardian name, name of mother, age address.Enter full name and address of witness in witness details and save.Do the same with witness details 2.If you have anything more to give in Remarks, give it in Malayalam.Now download the prepared application and scan and upload it with signatures of 2 witnesses and husband and wife.In the application preparation select ward number and name related to the application and select the mode of correspondence and proceed to next.Documents to be included include Certificate of Religious Authority / Statutory Officer or Declaration in Form 2, Form 1, Proof of Date of Birth of Husband, Proof of Date of Birth of Wife.Then check the fee and read the affidavit and pay the fee.After that husband and wife meet Panchayat Secretary with all the documents.
