A Week on Bramble Mere

Back in September we headed to the Cotswolds with our friends from Cygnet Tackle for what should have been a relaxing social session on a lovely open-access water called Bramble Mere. Well the water certainly was a lovely one, but the lads couldn't resist getting competitive, and the idea of a biggest fish competition for the session was born, with the kudos of picking up a trophy on the line. The resulting five days' angling saw Jerry Bridger, Adam Reed, Sam Cheetham, Dale Turner, John Walker and Matt Quibell pitting their wits against the stunning Bramble Mere stock in the hope of banking one of the larger fish in the water and getting their hands on that trophy!
