The Grand Design Frame Flex Controversy

The RV manufacturer Grand Design is facing an onslaught of criticism for what some are describing as "frame flex," or frame failure. In this video, your new host Keith Ward introduces himself, and discusses the new RV Travel YouTube channel. Big changes are coming to the channel, and Keith highlights some of them.

He goes on to detail his discussion with a Grand Design employee, and why the conversation was worrisome for him. Keith says it's a "dangerous time" for Grand Design.
