GCash KYC Verification via FB Messenger (2019) [Do this if having issue with GCash App]

Did you go through the KYC verification but your account is semi verified?
Or maybe your account has not been verified yet?

If you already tried verifying your account using the GCash App and you are having issues with it like

matagal yung verification
may error message - Gcash error
wala pang narereceive na confirmation
unable to verify your account

then there is another option to verify your account - the KYC Verification.
You can KYC verify your account by using your Facebook Messenger.

In this video, you will show how to fully verify your account.

Make sure that you are chatting with the correct account as there are a lot of bogus, scam, fake gcash messenger account online.

You also need to provide a Valid ID.

8. Barangay Certification
9. GSIS e-Card

14. Seaman’s Book
15. Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
16. GOCC ID (e.g., Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ID)
17. HDMF ID
18. Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
19. DSWD Certification
20. Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
21. MARINA ID
22. Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Insurance Commission (IC)
23. School ID with photo (for students who are beneficiaries of remittances/Cash-In or phone-to-phone (P2P) transactions who are not yet of legal age)
