Usually am not someone who shares a bad experience on social media, unless it’s constructive and shared with the restaurant staff too. But sometimes there is something that touches your nerve when you are taken for granted especially by a chain of restaurant that you love. After a day of shopping we decided to pack our dinner from Burger King At Phoenix Market city, but chose to dine at the restaurant instead. The staff had backed the food and we picked up a table to be seated and chose to eat there. The pizza puff and wings were hot and delicious. When unwrapped the pack and took a bite of their signature whopper, it was stone cold. Raised it with the manager and he simple put the burger into the microwave and served me a burger with wilted lettuce, totally unacceptable when there is a difference between takeaway & dining in, and the response to our complaint. Reheated cold food doesn’t cut it, especially a burger that too from a chain like Burger King. Expresses my displeasure and left the place hoping I would never return, especially after this bitter experience of the staff & manager just not caring enough
