Northern Sport Modified Racing Employee Rides Devyn Peterson

Devyn got his start racing karts. He and his team racked up 93 wins and 4 track championships. At age 13, he got behind the wheel of a Sport Modified.
While Devyn loves the adrenaline rush you can only find on a racetrack, his loves understanding the mechanics even more. His favorite aspect is understanding what makes a racecar go fast and figuring out how to constantly evolve his build to stay competitive.
Devyn’s team has captured some big wins like the McCool 100, the Spring Meltdown, World of Outlaws support class at I-80 Speedway, and the Wayne Hicks Memorial to name a few.
Devyn is a racing automotive tech at Speedway Motors, helping racers find the right parts to get dialed in and stay competitive.
