Welcome to the second annual WhoTube Awards! This is an awards ceremony designed to celebrate all things Doctor Who, where the winners are determined by YOU! Throughout January, you all voted in a variety of categories concerning Doctor Who and it's community on YouTube, and now it's finally time to reveal the results of your votes. As with last year, each award has a guest presenter announcing the winner for me, so hopefully you enjoy seeing some recognisable faces from the WhoTube community make an appearance throughout the video.
