Jeany and Stephen Cronk introduce Domaine Mirabeau

https://www.mirabeauwine.com/ 2019 marked the tenth anniversary of Jeany and Stephen selling their home in London and moving to Provence with the idea of creating an exciting wine brand. They are delighted that Mirabeau’s award-winning wines are now selling in 50 countries, and their dream of buying a beautiful wine estate has finally been realised.

Tucked away in the heart of the Var department in Provence, Domaine Mirabeau falls within the newly created subregion within the Côtes de Provence AOC, Notre Dame des Anges. The terroir covers 3,900 hectares of grapevines interwoven within the landscape of umbrella pines, cork oak trees and chestnut groves forming the Plaine des Maures National Nature Reserve, an ecosystem rich in fauna and flora.

Stephen and Jeany are deeply committed to the environment and finding a way to produce leading wines whilst also respecting and preserving the surrounding ecosystem. At Domaine Mirabeau, we have begun a process to move beyond organic farming practices to a holistic regenerative agricultural approach – ultimately letting nature do its thing
