Bite-Size Shredded Wheat
Grape Nuts or Ezekial 4:9 Nuggets
Ground flax meal or hemp seeds
Unsweetened Plant Milk
Fresh or frozen fruit (berries, mango, banana, grapefruit)

Cheesy Chickpeas
No-Salt Added Garbanzo Beans (1-2 cans)
Nutritional Yeast
Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Tamari
Whole Wheat Flour
Whole Wheat Pasta
