橘饼又名桔饼,色泽橙红,口感细腻,橙皮中带着果香和微苦,具有润肺止咳,提高免疫力的功效,
我分享的这款做法,免去了烤箱的烘烤或者风干,保留了煮后橘饼的湿润,这样的口感是绵软和糯唧唧的,更适合老人和孩子,也保留了更多的营养成分和功效,同时让做法更简单明了。

🍃🍊食材:
18个小的橘子(1100克)
350克清水
420克冰糖
300克橘子汁水(来自18个小橘子的汁水)
⚠️我用的小橘子是皮紧贴着果肉的,不是那种皮和果肉分离,手摸上去松松垮垮的橘子,紧实的橘子才能经过长时间的炖煮后,皮才不易烂和果肉分开。
煮开后用中小火煮,煮至汤汁开始浓稠大火收汁,最后收汁时注意观察,不要让锅的底部烧糊了。

🍊Ingredients:
18 small oranges (1100g)
350g water
420g rock sugar
300g orange juice (juice from 18 small oranges)
⚠️The small tangerines I use have the skin tightly attached to the pulp, not the kind of oranges that are separated from the skin and feel loose to the touch. The firm oranges can only be stewed for a long time so that the skin is not easy to rot and separate from the pulp.
After boiling, cook on medium-low heat until the soup starts to thicken and collect the juice on high heat. At the end, pay attention to observe when collecting the juice, so as not to let the bottom of the pot burn.
