Thank you for stopping by to watch our 2015-2021 Chrylser 300 front bumper removal & installation video. This process is not as difficult as you may think it is. This bumper had a "parking lot" accident with a hit-and-run driver. It had some light damage on the bumper as well as a dent on the fender. This stuff happens but we're here to help. We painted this bumper and fender in-house at our ReveMoto shop. We specialize in brand new custom-painted parts. We treat each part like it's our own. We only use the best quality parts and materials. We also guarantee the paint match and fitment. If you are in need of any parts, you're in the right place.

TOOLS:
You will need a 7 and 10mm socket with a socket wrench. You can also use an open socket or impact gun, whichever preference you have. You will also need a panel clip removal tool but you can substitute this for a flat-head screwdriver. This car does have a lot of plastic clips.

PROCESS:
This is a very easy process, trust us. Start by removing the bolts/screws on the bottom of the bumper. Follow that up by removing all the clips as well that secret the bumper and engine shield. Next, remove the clips holding the fender liner to the bumper. There will always be a bolt or screw here holding the bumper and fender together. Typically, it's only going to ever be just one bolt/screw. Now you can remove the top bumper clips with your panel clip removal tool. Once this is done, you can now dismount the bumper. Be careful, not to be too forceful. Your car may have fog lights or sensors and you do not want to pull on the plugs too hard. Pull the ends of each bumper first and work your way towards the middle. Let the bumper gently fall and then disconnect the main wire harness from any electronics on the bumper. This will be the fog lights, reflectors, and maybe parking sensors. Now, unless your bumper was completely destroyed, you will have to transfer all the bumper components to your newly painted ReveMoto bumper. It's actually pretty easy, you'll only need a flat head and Philips screwdriver.
