Ravnica, a plane covered entirely by city-scape and governed by ten guilds, bound together by the living Guildpact, Niv-Mizzet, a mighty dragon avatar made of mizzium and crystal. All too recently this ecumenopolis played host to a devastating war brought on by the machinations of the Elder Dragon Planeswalker Nicol Bolas. Though defeated, the ancient villain’s impact was still felt even as a new cosmic threat streaked across the sky in the form of a comet. In the city below, three Planeswalkers, Masters of their Guilds, set about their day.
