Claw Catches Tutorial | EASY Juggling Trick Tutorial

In this claw catches tutorial, I'll show you how to do an EASY 3 ball juggling trick. Claw catches are a great beginner juggling trick. In a claw catch, you catch with your palm facing down rather than your palm facing up, which can create a very dramatic flair.

First, I'll give you three major tips about how to do claw catches with just one ball. Next, I'll show you how to throw after you catch the ball with your palm facing down. Then I'll teach you a two-ball exercise to practice your claw catches. Finally, you'll learn how to do a single claw catch and eventually continuous claw catches.
