About the Artist:
Martin Mentzoni (b.1985)
Member of Norske Billedkunstnere

True Norwegian Underground Artist from Haugesund, Norway. The Father of the infamous Ken the Kylling (chicKen) from the underground Comix & Art Zine publisher kaffi fanzine.

Martin Mentzoni is a multi-artist working within a big spectre of different mediums such painting, drawing, performance, music, film, photography & comix.

He has produced and made (and continues to make) over 700 + videos, both music, art and Vlogs documenting his Life without any censorship whatsoever - all posted for the world to see on his YouTube Channel.

Martin Mentzoni works mainly with paintings, performance, drawings & comix.

The paintings are mainly oil paintings but also some with mixed media, acrylic, ink, blood and semen.

Mentzoni’s paintings has a spontaneous, wild and raw style, with brush strokes thrown onto the canvas with no hesitation. It is As if the works were made in a violent or eroticly charged moment.

Mentzoni uses a lot of himself and his inner life in his artwork, brutally honest and unapologetic, no censorship or consideration whatsoever for the viewer.
