The US Navy is conducting one of the largest maritime exercises in recent history with 60 other regional navies. The Cutlass Express 2022 will cover a vast regional area including the Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, Red Sea and the North Indian Ocean.
The war games will see the participation of nearly 10,000 personnel, 50 warships and 80 unmanned systems. It comes amid West’s conflict with Russia over Ukraine.
