For our little Lindsay gone too soon...


I had to make this edit to pay tribute to this little angel gone too soon.



Her story :

Lindsay was an ordinary girl who had been bullied since the beginning of the school year.
She lived in France.
She committed suicide on Friday May 12, 2023.
She was going to be 14 on May 24.

She left this letter to her mother and stepfather :

"Dear parents, if you are reading this letter, it means that I have surely left. I'm sorry for having done this, but I couldn't stand the insults morning and evening, the mockery, the threats. I can't take it. more and I want to end it. But nothing will stop them because despite everything that has happened, they will always wish me harm. I'm sorry mum, I left to join dad (his father died when she was 3 years old) and I sincerely hope that what I did was of some use. I think what I did will make them happy. They (his stalkers) will think that they have won and will stop all that. I couldn't even confide in the director because he didn't want to hear anything. The only thing I could do was leave. Be careful of Maëlys (Her best friend) and what might happen to her. Be careful of yourself , Goodbye."





If she hadn't, we wouldn't have talked so much about suicide because of the harassment and I certainly wouldn't be here today.
I get bullied constantly myself and had the same thoughts as her.
If she hadn't left, I would have left in her place and that brings me even closer to what Lindsay had to endure until she was done.
To all those people who say :

"But she's stupid...
Why did she commit suicide?!"

Know that you just can't understand what she had to do and you never will...
NEVEEER!
