ISS 64 -main menu- (2017 Remix)

This is my 2017 remake of the main menu song, from International Superstar Soccer 64/Jikkyou J.League Perfect Striker, on the Nintendo 64. I wrote all the notes in about a day and a half, I made sure that I got all the original keys down, then I made changes, and I also created alot of new riffs, so this is a complete over-haul on the original song. I wanted to modernise this song, the original is a great composition, I'm sure Koji Uehara would have done something similar to this, if he wasn't limited by the technology of the time, although, there are other N64 games that can run CD quality songs in some games, it's just a shame a great song was narrowed by limitation. I really wanted to exaggerate the synths and trumpet, everything here is either in your face, or holding back; for good reason of course. There are quite a few custom pans in this too, I don't want to describe where they are, they are scattered throughout the song on many riffs and fills anyway. I wanted to do the original some justice, this kind of sounds like it's from a sonic game now, Sonic 3 or something, I seem to somehow maintain a Sega Mega-Drive/Sega Genesis feel, even though it's suppose to be a song from a Nintendo 64 game. Where the original song will just loop at 01:06, I've managed to turn it into a longer song, with some new original parts to extend the track.
