The Rime-Coat Raiment is the brand new Warlock Exotic Armor piece added with Episode Revenant. TLDR, it makes your Bleak Watcher Stasis Turrets insane. Pretty much everyone has made a Prismatic Build for this exotic, but today, I'm bringing you a Stasis Build for it. I genuinely think Rime Coat Raiment is much more consistent on Stasis than Prismatic, and I'll show you why.
