What is Orthodox Christianity ep 01

Welcome to this first episode in a series of short presentations about different aspects of the life, teachings, history and practice of Orthodox Christianity and especially the Coptic Orthodox Church, of which I am a priest. As you follow these presentations you should gain a better understanding of what it is that Orthodox Christians believe, and what they are seeking after in the life of union with God by the indwelling Holy Spirit.

Orthodoxy Christianity believes it is the Church that Jesus Christ established among his Apostles before he ascended into Heaven, and before the Holy Spirit came upon the first Christian community on the Day of Pentecost.
